{"id":166,"date":"2025-07-18T15:05:10","date_gmt":"2025-07-18T15:05:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipprc-congo.com\/?p=166"},"modified":"2025-07-18T15:12:35","modified_gmt":"2025-07-18T15:12:35","slug":"un-front-de-fleuve-modernise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ipprc-congo.com\/?p=166","title":{"rendered":"Un front de fleuve modernis\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udf0a Un front de fleuve modernis\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Situ\u00e9e le long du fleuve Congo, la Corniche est une promenade urbaine panoramique am\u00e9nag\u00e9e autour de 2015\u20132018, concept pr\u00e9vue d\u00e8s les ann\u00e9es 1980 pour r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer le d\u00e9veloppement de Brazzaville vers le fleuve\u00a0 .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le projet comprenait la construction d\u2019un viaduc hauban\u00e9 principal d\u2019environ 560\u202fm, un viaduc d\u2019acc\u00e8s de 360\u202fm, ainsi que le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement de la route sur 1,2\u202fkm\u00a0 .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ces ouvrages techniques et paysagers, con\u00e7us par China Road &amp; Bridge Corporation avec contr\u00f4le de Setec et SGI, visent \u00e0 d\u00e9senclaver le centre-ville, fluidifier la circulation et valoriser le bord fleuve\u00a0 .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udfde\ufe0f Un lieu de vie et de loisirs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aujourd\u2019hui, la Corniche est un espace de d\u00e9tente pris\u00e9 :<br>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>C\u00f4t\u00e9 matin : marcheurs, joggeurs et sportifs profitent des levers de soleil sur le fleuve\u00a0 .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00f4t\u00e9 week-end : familles, amoureux, enfants et trottinettes envahissent l\u2019avenue, sur fond de vues sur Kinshasa\u00a0 .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le site comprend des bancs \u201cc\u0153urs\u201d, zones plant\u00e9es, espaces pi\u00e9tonniers, \u00e9quipements sportifs et pr\u00e9sence de petites animations (chevaux, p\u00eacheurs, mara\u00eechers) ().<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des am\u00e9nagements r\u00e9cents, comme une mini-plage de sable fin, sont apparus, renfor\u00e7ant le potentiel baln\u00e9aire et \u00e9cologique ().<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udf09 Un symbole architectural<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le viaduc hauban\u00e9 \u2014 aussi connu sous le nom de Corniche nord ou viaduc Talanga\u00ef\u2011Kint\u00e9l\u00e9 \u2014 relie Talanga\u00ef \u00e0 Kint\u00e9l\u00e9, troisi\u00e8me grande sortie nord de Brazzaville.
